About
Click Drive Car Rental Services has an office on Donovan Street in Bulawayo and rates 4.4 from 12 Google reviews. First-time renters seem to find it easy to deal with.
One customer hiring a car for the first time said staff made them feel comfortable and the service was quick, with easy cars to drive and a good selection for different needs. Another group praised the fast reply to their enquiry and the effort made to find them a car, even though they cancelled in the end. A few others rate the customer service highly.
The one poor review is worth reading before you drive off. That renter was handed a car with no working air conditioning and no dim lights, only found out once on the road, and felt customer service fell short. Check the air conditioning and every light at handover.
