The Victoria Falls desk earns the warmest words. Two visitors who hired there describe smooth, efficient service, and one who had trouble with their car says the staff solved it so well that the trip was not affected. Both mention how rough the roads are, which is worth bearing in mind for any hire in the area. A long-standing customer in Harare praises the personal, understanding service they had over many years.
The main complaints are cost and follow-up. One customer who had rented several times over a decade asked for a negotiated rate, was promised a reply that never came, and found the prices too high. Fourteen of the 73 ratings are one star, so get your quote and terms in writing before you commit.
