About
Villa Tours & Hire works from Orkney Road in Harare. It runs vans and minibuses with drivers, as well as self-drive hire. It suits groups heading out of town together and anyone who wants a driver who knows the roads. It holds a 5.0 rating from 20 Google reviews.
The drivers get the warmest praise. One group found them helpful, kind and resourceful, and liked the comfortable van. The same group saw the van break down on their last day. It was replaced with a bigger, less comfortable vehicle, closer to a bus, but they still gave full marks for how the drivers handled it.
A renter who drove to Kariba in August 2023 describes the full process. Booking was easy and the terms were clear, with no hidden extras. Check-in was quick, the car was spotless and drove smoothly, and the team stayed available for questions. At the end, the return inspection was fair. Another customer has hired the luxury minibus and plans to book it again.
For longer trips, ask what happens if a vehicle has problems on the road. On the evidence here, the team deals with it quickly.
