About
Destiny Travel & Tours is a Harare travel agency that puts together flights, accommodation and full itineraries. Reviewers use it for trips abroad and value having someone else deal with the logistics.
It holds a 4.8 rating from 18 Google reviews. The theme running through them is communication. One client planning a trip to Singapore had a busy work schedule and says the agent often worked outside office hours to fit around it, sorting flights, a comfortable place to stay and a day-by-day plan. Another traveller was kept informed through booking and check-in and was offered alternative flights at better prices. Others describe the team as organised, quick to answer questions and good value.
There are long-standing clients too. One reviewer says they have used the agency for 14 years and found it efficient throughout.
The written reviews contain no complaints. There is one three-star rating among the 18, but it comes without an explanation.
