About
Victoria Falls Serious Fun Tours and Travel is an agency on Parkway Drive, inside the Mukuru premises, selling activity packages around the Falls and safaris to Hwange. Reviews are split, so it suits travellers who ask plenty of questions before paying.
Its rating is 3.8 from 37 Google reviews. The happy customers booked short itineraries around Victoria Falls: a boma dinner, a guided walk at the Falls, vulture feeding, a sunset cruise and a trip to Livingstone. They describe punctual transfers, well-timed plans and friendly guides who knew their stuff.
The Hwange safaris draw the sharpest complaints. Two visitors describe transfer vans in poor condition, with doors that would not shut properly, no working air conditioning and dust coming in on the rough road. Both say the drive took over four hours, well beyond what they were told, which cut into their time in the park. One van broke down on the way back. Another group waited 90 minutes for help after a puncture because there were no tools on board. One couple also says parts of the advertised itinerary did not match when the park is open.
One reviewer says a deposit was taken and the trip was never confirmed. Get your booking confirmed in writing before paying.
