Nyamepi sits on the banks of the Zambezi. The camp is unfenced, so elephants and hippos wander through the sites. Facilities are basic but functional, with communal solar-heated bathrooms. There is no electricity at the stands, so bring a solar setup. Most visitors recommend bringing all supplies, as the nearest shop is 100km away. Nearby: Zambezi River, canoeing, walking safaris.
