One driver broke down a few kilometres short of Masvingo on the way from Harare, with 80 kilometres of the journey still to go. The team rented them a car at around 4am so the trip could carry on. Another customer left cash on the seat when returning a car and only noticed after hours. Staff went back to check, sent a photo of the money and drove it round to them in person.
The same customer was collected on arrival and dropped at their boarding place afterwards, and found the cars clean, well kept and as advertised, at rates they called pocket-friendly. Others praise the quality of the cars and the service, and one would like to see a branch open in Harare.
