A viewpoint hike in the Bvumba. The trail climbs to a rocky outcrop with views of the "Leopard Rock" area and across the border into Mozambique. The path passes through thick evergreen forest where you can often hear the booming call of the Silvery-cheeked Hornbill. The final scramble to the "nose" of the lion needs some light climbing. Highlights: Forest birding, rock scramble, border views.
