A steep, demanding descent from the Bvumba Highlands down to the Zonwe River. The climb back is a real test of fitness. The trail passes through ancient Msasa woodland and opens onto Zonwe Falls. It is remote and rarely crowded. Highlights: Steep elevation, Msasa woodlands, river pools.
