About

An easy hike to a large rock shelter used by humans for thousands of years. The trail is flat and well signposted. The cave has an on-site museum and some of the most complex archaeological layers in the Matobo area. It suits those interested in history over high-intensity climbing. Highlights: Archaeological site, massive cave, easy path.

“The cave paintings are only just visible but the attached information building gives you a better idea of what you are trying to see. If time allows try and climb the hill in which the cave is located for some views.”
