About
Known as “Malindidzimu” (Place of Benevolent Spirits), this trail climbs steadily up a large, lichen-covered granite whaleback. At the summit are the tomb of Cecil John Rhodes and a 360-degree view of the “balancing rocks” Matobo is known for. The rock can be slippery when wet, so wear shoes with good grip. Highlights: Historical tombs, balancing rocks, eagle sightings.
