About
Royal Finesse VR Theme Park is a virtual reality games venue in Harare. It suits families with older children and friends who want to try VR games in a quiet setting. It is rated 4.3 from 58 Google reviews.
Most visitors come away happy. One parent says helpful staff made the visit special for their daughter. Another says the games are affordable, though they would like a bigger range. One reviewer liked how quiet it was, with hardly anyone else around. Another noticed that when the power went out, the backup came on within about five minutes and the equipment kept running.
There is one serious complaint. A visitor paid for games on a console that was not charged, and says they were refused a refund. They describe the supervisor as rude and unapologetic. It is a single review, but check that the equipment is working before you pay.
