About

Countrywide Travel and Tours is a small Victoria Falls outfit based in Mkosana. It runs taxi and transfer work and books local activities. It suits independent travellers who want one reliable driver on call for their stay, including trips to the Zambian and Botswana borders.

All 13 of its Google reviews give five stars, and most of them are about the same driver. Visitors describe him as punctual and trustworthy, with a clean car and plenty of local knowledge. They also say he is good company on the drive. One group used him for runs to the border at dawn and for rides back after dinner. Another traveller was driven to Kasane, where he walked them through both border posts and handed them over to their next driver.

The company also books activities. One guest says it arranged discounted outings, including a Chobe National Park visit and a river cruise in Botswana, and met them at the airport on time. Another was put in touch with someone at the Zambian border so they could see both sides of the Falls.

Reviewers found it good value, and nobody complains.
