Customise Travel & Tours is a small operator in Chinotimba, Victoria Falls, that builds trips around the activities you choose. It suits families and couples who want a personal driver-guide for a few days at the Falls, with Hwange or Chobe added on.
All 22 of its Google reviews give five stars. Guests keep mentioning how clear the planning was and how reliably the owner turned up at the start and end of each activity. One couple who booked their Falls walk, boma dinner and helicopter flight in advance also asked for a massage on their last day, and had one within half an hour. A family who booked at short notice got boma tickets, a township tour and a drive to the Botswana border. They had brought school supplies to donate and were shown where they would be most useful.
One guest's Chobe day trip ran smoothly: pick-up on time, a handover to a Botswana guide at the border, a game drive and a river safari. They found the lunch stop very busy and service a little slow as a result. Another spent three nights at a bush camp in Hwange with a knowledgeable guide, and had elephants come to drink at the camp pool.
